Sara Strong is a Michigan artist who works in her studio in the Park Trades Center in Kalamazoo, MI.  Sara has a BFA degree in Painting from Western Michigan University and paints primarily with oil on canvas.  Since a small child, Sara can remember constantly creating.  Sara paints mostly about her childhood memories which took place in beautiful and vast Northern Michigan near Petoskey.  Today, Sara has exhibited her work in over 30 exhibitions, including juried competitions and six solo shows.  Her award winning artwork can be seen in her studio, at the Saniwax Gallery in the Park Trades Center, at the Carlyn Gallery in Grand Haven, MI and also Housewear in downtown Kalamazoo, MI.
